Add custom tests #73

With some divergence of semantics from etcd we should add some custom tests that test the extra functionality. Probably to be written in python.

Potential test cases:

[ ] node restarts (complex) and node_id changes
[ ] DR and the impact on cluster id
[ ] Values get lost when not gone through consensus
[ ] Reads can observe unwritten values (that get lost)
[x] Lease soft-revoked keys aren't visible
