Make 500 error more generic for matching to cover more cases of HTTP 500 errors during remote fetch
Use plugin for parsing MAINTAINERS file
- Part of generalizing work
- Makes path selection more configurable
Update Pydantic to 2.x
- GA since early July
- 1.x is deprecated and expected to lose support next year
