Dockerize ML models to container image in Nexus

• Run script to create container image with ml models (Azure ML Workspace)
• Build and push to Nexus docker repository
• Prerequisites:
  • The models existed on Azure ML Workspace already.
  • Setup Jenkins credentials for Azure SP and Nexus. Run the pipeline: http://merlion-jenkins-vm.eastasia.cloudapp.azure.com:8080/job/Build-ML-Model-container-image-to-Nexus/
