@jorisbaiutti and @NikCharlebois I was looking at this as well and I also think we don't need AzureADAuthorizationEndpointUri when connecting to commercial or GCC tenants according to our docs. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/connect-ippssession?view=exchange-ps#parameters.
