A new installation of VS 2019 does not include the ability to install the Windows SDK 10.0 version any more, and most (all?) of the VS projects in this repsotory are configured to use it. (and VS 2022 is just around the corner!)
These projects should be updated to a newer version of the SDK. Currently 10.0.16299 is the oldest available. But given that MSIX isn't supported on that OS, perhaps a newer version should be selected? This sounds like an issue that Microsoft needs to decide.
