Add current firmware TPM implementation

• Add missing fix for OSSL entropy function
• Add $(SUBMODULE_ROOT) to AV wolf makefile
• Add the current version of the firmware TPM

The fTPM can currently be built with either OpenSSL or WolfSSL.

Further testing is required to verify TPM still passes all self-tests.
