Improve layouts in sample apps #23

Fixes #21.

Description of the changes:

iOS

Make map view immersive at the top of the screen.
Fix various misalignments.
Fix UI elements text size and other inconsistencies.
Make "Demo" button stand out.
Increase demo menu opacity.

Android

Make map view immersive at the top of the screen.
Make status bar translucent.

How changes were validated:

iOS: In emulator on iPhone 8, iPhone Xs.
Android: On a Pixel 3.
