Tag 10.1.2 here #55

Official installer has version 10.1.2, but the github repo here does not have a tag with 10.1.2.

MS-MPI v10.1.3 is available, but not uploaded yet to GitHub releases. The v10.1.2 is still missing in GH releases.

Please update the code to the latest version, various platforms suffer from this, e.g.: https://packages.msys2.org/package/mingw-w64-x86_64-msmpi
