Modify the Drift Log Engine to add the ability to log them in Azure Queue Storage.

Ideally call the APIs directly in order not to add yet a new dependency on some of the Az PowerShell modules.

Just out of curiosity: Wouldn't the current implementation of notification endpoints with an externally hosted function also solve this scenario?
