Needs support for OpenXR, Unity 2020 LTS, MRTK v2.7, and Package Manager Plugins for ARCore/ARKit #456

The current release for Spectator View doesn't align with MRTK team's plan to release mixed reality tools with OpenXR and Unity Package Manager support in Unity 2020+. A few namespaces used for Spectator View are also deprecated. As a result, working around these issues in a modern Unity project gets messy very quickly.

@chrisfromwork @davidkline-ms @keveleigh Quick q-- is the Spectator View project still active at Microsoft? Attempting to get a forecast for implementing Spectator View into more XR projects, but there are many outstanding issues in this repo going without a response. Our team isn't sure where things stand with this product and having some clarity would be a huge help. No worries if there isn't an answer available right now.

I second this! Any word? Especially when you need to upgrade to 2020.3 or above in order to get around UI canvas elements not recording in holocapture mode: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/68692824/hololens-video-recording-not-showing-ui-elements

How would I go about "removing" the spatial anchors, as iam using QR in my existing project?
