Infinity over the remote peer video #791

Hello, Anyone knows what does it means the message infinity that I get around my remote peer display? and how could I solve it? I am trying to send video captured from a camera through an UWP app written in visual studio 2019 to unity. In unity I see only a black screen with infinity message.

Those are just the video stats calculations. They are probably +Inf because the video FPS etc are all 0.
