Maybe too niche of an issue and something that can be dealt with in code, but on iOS, switching from the World Camera to the User Camera (front camera for face tracking) seems to happen without an update to the WLT_Adjustment pose. However, after switching back to the world camera it applies a ~90 degree rotation around the y axis.
