Left torch is very difficult to light up with motion controllers

When we see tooltip "Safe lighting needed" we need to make it easier to light the left torch with motion controller.

• Either the collider is bad on it
• Or controller pointing mechanism needs to be revisited for it's raycast
• Something else?
