HoloLens Commander v2 release, renamed to Windows Mixed Reality Commander

This updates HoloLens Commander to version 2 and renames it to Windows Mixed Reality Commander (the executable name remains HoloLensCommander).

New features:

• Support for monitoring and managing Windows PC as well as HoloLens devices
• New options for Select All and Select None buttons (All, HoloLens, Windows PC)
• Filtering of DeviceMonitorControl options based on device type (HoloLens or PC)
• Improved application install support
• User interface improvements

This change resolves #24 and resolves #67 and resolves #68 and resolves #69
