[v3 + XRI] Port PressableButton to XRI #10121

This issue has been migrated a new MRTK repository, and the status of this issue will now be tracked at the following location:

This issue tracks the porting of PressableButton to XRI. (Assigning you too, @keveleigh, based on your ideas + input for state + visuals isolation)

[x] Map 2.x events to interactor/XRI events
[x] Near interaction feature complete
[x] Fix multi-pointer hover issue with XRI isHovered
[x] Far interaction/ray support
[x] Visual feedback (states, themes, prox lights, etc)
