[MRTK3 pre.8 build call] Audio sample scenes are missing SampleSceneHandMenu #10805

This issue has been migrated a new MRTK repository, and the status of this issue will now be tracked at the following location:

Describe the bug

SampleSceneHandMenu allows for easy navigation between loaded sample scenes in a deployed build. Audio sample scenes are missing the hand menu, which makes them much harder to test.

Easy fix; just add the prefab :)
