Eyes documentation in MRTK just points to example scenes

Describe the Issue

The Eyes documentation page does not elaborate on the feature or how to use the API surface. It primarily funnels people to the example scene and setup guide.

Also the eye tracking setup page is not in the TOC: https://microsoft.github.io/MixedRealityToolkit-Unity/Documentation/EyeTracking/EyeTracking_BasicSetup.html
