When building the SpectatorViewPlugin with the command line tool, the process reaches certain points where you must press the ENTER key to continue. For example when it reaches "Configuring x86-uwp", it seams like its frozen, but it's actually waiting for you to press ENTER. Developers/Designers (like me) will assume it is broken.

@danielescudero would you still consider this an issue? The instructions appear to have been updated since this issue was filed.
