Support Micronaut Framework for Serverless Application #339

Currently, Micronaut Framework is not a valid option for Serverless application

We have great support for Azure Functions in Micronaut Framework we should support it in Nubesgen.

@timyates it would be good to work on this during Micronaut Framework 3.7.0 cycle.
