Should nested handle come back in binding? #13

Should we get rid of SQLGetNestedHandle, and go back to having the nested handle returned in the bound column (or through SQLGetData)?

See similar issue; application binds output buffer for nextcolumn number...

Closing issue. Will reopen if we have performance or usability feedback that would favor returning in the binding.
