Can't download dataset coco_caption.zip #101

During downloading dataset coco_caption.zip, the error occured:

Read error at byte 2549.../, (Connection reset by peer), Retrying.

And it repeats infinitely.

How can I download dataset normally??

and also, this does not work: adding user-agent. e.g., --user-agent "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.22 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/25.0.1364.160 Chrome/25.0.1364.160 Safari/537.22"

In other server download is completed, but the internet is still unstable.

OMG. azcopy is the best. I had the same issue but using azcopy fixed it. :D
