Update dependencies to the latest versions:

BenchmarkDotNet from 0.13.9 to 0.14.0
Microsoft.CodeCoverage from 17.7.2 to 17.10.0
Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk from 17.7.2 to 17.10.0
xunit from 2.5.3 to 2.9.0
xunit.runner.visualstudio from 2.5.3 to 2.5.7

Also, update the .gitignore file to exclude the .idea/.idea.PSDocs/.idea/ directory.
