'About' section of repository is confusing #198

First sentence of 'About' of this repository is like this.

'This is a Phi-3 book for getting started with Phi-3. Phi-3, a family of open AI models developed by Microsoft'

It says open AI models, which is confusing. I read the sentence two three times, and got confused if the models are from OpenAI or Microsoft. Upon reading carefully and understanding about Phi-3 models, I later realized that 'open AI' here means 'open source AI' models.

Can we please update the sentence to correctly reflect the meaning and avoid confusion with OpenAI company ?
