Python API #18

Hi, is it possible to add Python API?

Hey @igrinis, a python API is not currently on our road-map.

However, since the core functionality exists under src/maluuba (minus the nodejs and C# bindings) The idea would be to expose that with python bindings to get a convenient python API.
