In no particular order, just rattling stuff off as I see it:
Header: I would use "Data" here rather than "Data Catalog"... spaces in headers are confusing, so we should try to minimize
Header: "Microsoft" not vertically aligned with "Planetary Computer"
Header: For the "|" and the words "Planetary Computer", follow the font/casing/spacing used on the AI for Earth home page (aka.ms/aiforearth)
Header: uneven horizontal spacing around the "|"
Header: does "documentation" mostly mean "API" documentation? If it's 90% API documentation and 10% hub documentation, IMO we should at least consider just calling it "API", for consistency with the front page.
Header: Slight preference for "Applications" over "Apps", in part for consistency with the front page, in part because "Apps" implies something framework-embedded or at least Web-embedded, when in practice we're closer to "Solutions" or "Case studies".
Front page: "Data Catlog" should be "Data Catalog"
Front page: Still need hero image; as much as possible, for this part of he page, follow the standard hero image size, and the layout/font sizes used on top of that (typically white text)
Front page: For consistency with other MSFT sites, overview text should be centered, and the whole content area should have more padding on the left and right.
Front page: I assume we're going to use images for the 2x2 grid... do we know what those are yet?
Front page... the sections at the bottom look a little too sparse to merit separate background colors. Can we do what we do on the AI for Earth home page, re: the "Take part in AI for Earth" and "Featured AI for Earth partners" headers? That's centered headers followed by centered text.
Data Catalog page: Same comments as above re: hero and alignment of summary text
Data Catalog page: with four data sets, let's make this a 2x2 grid.
Data Catalog page: since this thumbnail is pretty small, can we crop it in a way that will avoid the black bars?
Data Catalog page: six feels too wide; can we make it four?
Data Catalog page: IMO we should reduce the spacing between the datasets (horizontally and vertically) and between the thumbnails/headings/descriptions (vertically), more or less to match what's on the AI for Earth data page (http://aka.ms/ai4edata).
Apps page: Same as above re: margins, grid width, hero.
