Add usda-cdl notebook #241

Only note here is that we're unnecessarily loading data we don't use in the odc.stac.load(...). We'd ideally use chunks={}, but that seems to run into https://github.com/opendatacube/odc-stac/issues/102.

odc-stac==0.3.5 is out, and doesn't have this limitation.
