will CanPotentiallyCoerceTo align with PVA? #1769

I am from PVA team and I want to use CanPotentiallyCoerceTo to replace our validation logic. I found that we support the following conversions:

Number to Time: via TimeSpan
String to Time: via TimeSpan
String to Date: via Convert.ToDateTime
String to DateTimeNoTimeZone: via Convert.ToDateTime

I already know the 1st is not supported yet via https://github.com/microsoft/Power-Fx/issues/1653

Will we plan to support them in the future? Thanks!
