Some operations that required for testing an application require interaction by the user to carry out successful integration tests.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide the ability to:

Create a connection as a logged in user
Support the ability to pass parameters to the connection creation
Validate that environments are created as expected and have the ability to create required resources via the Apps portal.
