powerbi-visuals-utils-formattingutils doesnt work when I install Powerbi-visuals-tools globally #458

I followed microsofts tutorials and this github page to install Powerbi-visuals-tools. Ive installed it globally (like explained on this git) but then "powerbi-visuals-utils-formattingutils" doesnt work, I had to install it locally inside my visual project.

Is this expected behaviour, bug or is this just an error in the installation instructions on this git? Or is it a powerbi-visuals-utils-formattingutils bug?

Took me a while to figure it out as a newbie.

Tools v4.3.1 just released. It fixes the wrong path to file in case of global installed package. Please, let me know if the issue still appears
