Log Analytics - Two successive configuration applications from OMS Settings failed #256

I'm connecting a linux machine with OMS agent. It shows connected successfully but getting an error "Two successive configuration applications from OMS Settings failed". Also, I'm not able to get the log data pulled into log Analytics. Could you help me with this.

I hit the same problem as @joseanand , did you try the solution mentioned in issue #258 ?
