Two successive configuration applications from OMS Settings failed – please report issue to github.com/Microsoft/PowerShell-DSC-for-Linux/issues #396

**Hi,

I am newly installed OMS Agent on one of our Linux Servers**

OSName | SUSE Linux Enterprise Server   | OSMajorVersion | 11   | OSMinorVersion | 3   | Version | 1.6.0-42

I am constantly getting Below message

_Detail Two successive configuration applications from OMS Settings failed – please report issue to github.com/Microsoft/PowerShell-DSC-for-Linux/issues
  OperationCategory OMS Agent for Linux issue_

While Running the Agent I am getting error Error configuring omsconfig. Error: 1

Issues - I am unable to control the config and data collections metrics from Azure OMS Portal, but if I use local config I am able to fetch the metrics on OMS portal.

I am also getting same error and also in the insight it show no data. Even after agent successfully installed.

If you got to VM --> insight ---> Performance-->Log Events some time event type it showing 9 for some VM and 8 and 11.

I see some issue with the conf folder and conf file is unable read omsagent.d file.
