Can't Reach FancyZones From Start Menu #10560

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click the Start button in the Windows 10 taskbar.
  2. Type: fancyzones

✔️ Expected Behavior

FancyZones should appear so I can click on it and change settings.

❌ Actual Behavior

I saw some Internet search results.

The inability to start FancyZones from the Start menu makes it inconsistent with other Control Panel-like applications such as the ones for managing printers or monitors.

This was never really a goal but good feedback. One issue is the editor does leverage arg data from the runner so this isn't as easy as it seems.
