Tweak the UI Options of Windows Screensavers #1080

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

A control in PowerToys (possibly in a reborn TweakUI section) to control the parameters of the built-in Windows Screensavers.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

If you use the Control Panel applet, you'll receive a message that the "screensaver has no options". But in fact, these screensavers have well-documented parameters to control their style/behavior, but no user-facing UI was ever built to adjust these settings.

This PowerToy option would allow for adjusting these parameters (within the allowed ranges) so a user can tweak the display of these screensavers.

for something like this, i think we should look at the telemetry for screensaver usage to prioritize work. If a community member feels strongly, lets chat so we can prioritize TweakUI stuff

Probably pretty low usage. And not very power friendly. I actually was thinking it should come with a footnote like "🌳Please consider the environment before using screensavers."

I don't think this is something we'll work on anytime in the near future.
