Audible Feedback for PowerToys Run #11225

Provide a description of the new feature / enhancement

When invoking PowerToys Run it would be nice to have audible feedback. The run box is just a black rectangle which can sometimes be lost on a busy screen and can take a while to display.

AOT will have this, would be nice to leverage a system sound as well.
