Issue while the keyboard remapping turned on #11782

So, since I like to use the hhkb layout, to reach that, I remap the keys and shortcuts in the system therefore I could use all my keyboards to be similar to the hhkb. Meanwhile, the issue comes out, I am using a live translation app which means that it is translating the text that you selected, and it pop up by pressing the middle button, since I am using touchpad, the way to press the middle is three finger click or four, but even I change it or restart the computer, the gesture does not functioned as middle button but the windows search or the tab. Also, the live translation could not get text selected useless I right click the highlight, I do not know what happened with it, and my system is dev build 21390, the issue happend since 21332.

So that I understand that right. This only happens when Keyboard Manager is on, right?

Well, I guess it would probably about the system problem. After I test all the set of the remapping, I found out that the only set of remapping that may cause this issue is if you set the Control(left) and the Control remaps to the key that does not input anything like the VK, disable, or undefined. No affecting the Control(right) though.

All of these bugs with keyboard remapping have been closed out and referenced to https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/3703 but years later, it does not appear that, in https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/3703, anything has been done to fix this problem.
