PowerToys Run shortcut key crash #12361

Running as admin

PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

Used the shortcut and it crashed and asked me to report a bug, so here I am. I had just run Windows updates, but have yet to reboot. I think it just finished. Likely cause.

Log file attached. 2021-07-14.txt

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys Run prompt to appear.

❌ Actual Behavior

"Something went wrong" dialog box appeared and requested I submit a bug report.
