Steps to reproduce

Non resizable window (ex League of Legends client) gets stretched when you try to pin the window in multiple zones, yet doesn't get resized when you pin to only one area.

Making the window get stretched and I can't just re-stretch it to 1080p because my 1080p area is one single zone.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Consistency, either always force resize or never do, regardless of the amount of areas selected.

❌ Actual Behavior

Resize only when multiple zones are selected.

I don't think its necessary to resolve the bug, but you asked for it PowerToysReport_2021-08-20-06-03-06.zip

Here, league of legends non resizable window

Here's my zones

I drag and drop the non resizable window into zone # 3 and # 4 (imagine I do this by mistake) Window gets stretched and unusable (League of Legends isn't made for this)

I could fix it by dragging it to my 1080p area (Zone # 5) but when you select only one zone, it only moves the window, no resizing. Also I noticed the resizing isn't proper, not sure what happens but it gets bigger and bigger, weird.
