Fancy Zone with Mica theme for W11 and Aero for W10 (including rounded edges) #13421

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Fancy Zone should have same theme as windows theme. IE, Aero for windows 10 and Mica for W11

Scenario when this would be used?

Since windows 11 focus on UI upgrade having its own tool with theme consistency should be the way to go.

You mean acrylic? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/signature-experiences/materials @niels9001 Do you think "smoke" is also a possiblility?

@Jay-o-Way This would need to move to WinUI first before adding Acrylic or Mica.

Any updates ? I think this is the last ui in powertoys that wasn't updated to the new WinUi theme
