Voice input for Powertoys Run #14255

Description of the new feature / enhancement

A voice to text engine could be implemented in order to parse voice commands into Run.

It could be configurable in different ways:

  1. Default listen behavior setting:
  1. Mic button:

Scenario when this would be used?

Let's say this: we want top efficiency. And as super fast typists, we enjoy doing it a quarter mile a thousand keystrokes/sec at a time... but sometimes we're deep into some other typing stuff. So we just strike a single key (or a key combo if you haven't set up key replacements/bindings/macros... you monster!) and just say what we want.

Not a virtual assistant, no extra smarts and AI and stuff that would take forever to implement... just the same functionality it has, with an added STT thingy.
