Description of the new feature / enhancement
It would be wonderful if I have a WCAG contrast calculator. Maybe, that's as the actual color picker with super powers, that tool can pick the fore and background color and make me know if they pass the WCAG2.1 1.4.3 or 1.4.11 accessibility criteria. In fact it should be an extension of the actual color picker, but now you can choose to pick a single color (actual tool) or two colors, then the tool calculates the contrast between both. As reference, there're a similar tool as Chrome plugin called Kontrast that I use a lot, but only applies to web pages into the navigator, not in external apps. Next there is the link for Kontrast in Chrome Store:

Best regards
Scenario when this would be used?
Developing and anlizing app accessibility
