With DeepL Service, When typing Ctrl+C twice, opens Start menu #16121

  1. KBM enable
  2. typing Ctrl+C twice

The problem seemed to occur when the DeepL App was running and the shortcut key was set to Ctrl+CC.

Hello, Did anyone found a solution here? When I am using multiple times the DeepL shortcut (CTRL+C+C) it messes up my keyboard... For example when I press ESC the Windows Start Menu opens up. Other keyboard buttons behave diffrently also. Have tried to restore keyboard to factory settings as well as try other keyboards without a success.

Solution: I did 2 things and one of them worked:

1) I logged out on free DeepL 2) I disabled autostartup and when I first need DeepL after rebooting I open it manually.

From then on I can use CTRL+C+C without multiple windows or annoying messages from DeepL
