I would definitely like to bump this request up too, either this, or #15570 ... or maybe both (though a titlebar button may be more problematic as more and more apps are going with owner-draw titlebars).
Specifically, this becomes much more helpful when connected to a remote desktop. The hot-keys may not always work right through remote sessions, so simply having a nice clicky thing on the titlebar would be very useful.
That would be great option, I never remember the shortcut 😄
Description of the new feature / enhancement
There are some programs that "controls" the hotkeys, like Parallels Space. For there programs we can't set Stay On Top with the hotkey. One alternative way that i thought of doing this would be just like the "Power Toys" of Windows 98 that have an option of define one popup menu for maximize button that used to have one checkable menu item with "Stay on top".
Scenario when this would be used?
Trying to Stay On Top the app Parallels Space or Anydesk (when connected to some pc)
