[Mouse Utilities] Crosshairs: Don't end lines on monitor #16531

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The lines of Crosshairs are shown on all monitors.

Scenario when this would be used?

When mouse isn't on the monitor your are looking at.

Maybe we can add a arrow at the end of the lines to indicate in which direction the user has to follow the line to find the cursor.

https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/15912 was same ask.

This was intentional based off of talking to accessibility team. thought was for the vision issue this addresses, it is mostly single monitor users. This may be a false assumption if more people do enjoy this feature.

Hi. If you now how to work with CAD Software u will understand the workflow of fast reading information on 2 screens with small lines als Crosshais Mouse pointer. The Powertoys are the first step in the right way. Now we have to do it work on 2 screens then it are realy helpful.

The tool is called powertoys. So it should try to address powerusers. I am working with 4 Monitors while programming. This feature would help a lot.

I would also appreciate this feature. I currently use this program http://www.markuswelz.de/software/features.html. I don't use the cross hairs to find my mouse cursor but to line up things across multiple windows and multiple monitors. Super handy.
