Description of the new feature / enhancement

Zone dividers should snap to the edges of existing windows.

Maybe it could be that it only happens when you hold shift while dragging.

Scenario when this would be used?

It's common to already have your windows arranged in the layout you want.

Currently it's hard to precisely align a divider to the edge of an existing window.
