[Mouse utilities\Find My Mouse] Add exception for when clicking #17723

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I get Find My Mouse turning on all the time when I'm going back and forth drawing with my mouse. It would be nice if there was an exception for when the mouse is being clicked so that it wouldn't turn on when clicking to draw.

Scenario when this would be used?

When drawing with the mouse. I think that is the only time I have issues with it turning on and the only time this would be applicable.

Does adding the application you're using to the Excluded Apps setting of FindMyMouse help here? /needinfo

I could add every single place I do or could draw in, I'd probably miss some. Disabling it when clicking would be more helpful overall since I wouldn't have to disable those applications. The main reason excluding apps isn't the solution is because there are other times I shake the mouse like to minimize a bunch of windows. I think there are other times I shake it when clicking, but I can't think of them now.
