11 months ago "Must have" feature still opened for more than 1,5 year? :( Not to mention there's only "exluded apps" list (why did anyone approve that request?). Anyway, I'd like to enhance this request - it would be great if AoT would not only allow some apps to be always on the top, but especially their particular (or rather even non-specific?) dialog windows, which some apps sometimes invoke. Because some applications are so badly coded, that their dialog windows don't blink into the main Windows taskbar. AoT powertoy would become really powerfull tool for many users then!

10 months ago @tttommm I don't mind blinking, but sometimes on Windows, apps steal focus just because they changed their sizes or having a dialog in the background. Very annoying if you use something else in the foreground, such as a game or playing a video, etc...
Wonder if there is a workaround for this.

Description of the new feature / enhancement
I wish PowerToys to let us choose to set certain apps on top whenever they are launched, in the "always on top" tool. I'm talking about this :
Scenario when this would be used?
Some apps don't get to be on top by default for some reason. Even if they have such an option, it's reset on the next time you open them. For example Zoom meeting app. It has an option to be on top, but it's not remembered for the next sessions.
