Description of the new feature / enhancement
Grab the color palette and the dominant color from an image or any currently running application. Eventually for the latter case you could use a sort of "snipping tool" to focus on a specific area of the screen.
Scenario when this would be used?
Whether it's a 3D CGI project or a 2D digital painting, colors are essential to evoke certain emotions. It often happens to be inspired by environments we have photographed. The idea is to facilitate the detection of those colors that we would like to transpose into our projects.
