Description of the new feature / enhancement

Just a simple drag-and-drop feature to sort plugins. The higher on the list the plugin is the higher priority is given to it.

Scenario when this would be used?

When trying to organise search results. for example apps first, folder second and so on.

I like this idea a lot more than the existing score modifier method (which doesn't work as expected as well).
