[Power Rename] use check boxes #20065

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Apply to

[x] folders (first level)
[x] sub(folder) items
[x] file name
[ ] file extension

Might also be good to apply this to the Enumeration control, or (if possible) we might even remove the need for that control. https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/28088#issuecomment-1692580090

Scenario when this would be used?

Makes sense. Don't need ambiguous icons.

@niels9001 PowerRename is not listed in the Projects in Visual Studio, so can't debug it. When I build a local version, PowerRename falls back to the GA version. When I uninstall the GA version and run the local build, Power Rename does now show up in the Explorer menu. How can we debug the UI?
