Steps to reproduce

PowerToys Run shows four results for the same Application "Phone Link".

And They got the same paths. The same thing will happen to the "Unigram" application which will show two same results.

We need a bit more information to really debug this issue. Can you add a "Report Bug" zip file here? You right click on our system tray icon and just go to report bug. Then drag the zipfile from your desktop onto the GitHub comment box in this issue. Thanks!

@AzunyanDaisuki Can you please compare if the containing folder that opens when selecting the open path context menu. Maybe these are multiple shortcuts.

Those results lead to the same folder, the home directory of the "Phone Link" App. I opened them and checked there were no shortcuts under this folder.
